Thesis
Learning Logotherapy from life of people

I have been learning logotherapy since Mrs. Katsuta started the Logotherapy Seminar in 2001 while helping administration of the Seminar as the secretariat.

I took on the post of the secretariat because Mrs. Katsuta and I have been maintaining friendship since our high school days.
I had no interest in psychology and knew nothing about logotherapy.
However, thanks to Mrs. Katsuta’s easily understandable explanation, I found logotherapy understandable and empathic.

By attending the seminar, I was able to catch theory of logotherapy systematically and clearly through visualization and good analogies of the theory.

Logotherapy can guide myself in deciding direction of life and can be helpful also for advices to family members and friends.
I wish to be able to understand suffering of others and stand by them. I will make efforts for this.

As a translator, I will help introducing Japanese cases using logotherapy to overseas, and translate English information into Japanese.
